Job Duties:

• Invoice all cash, credit card, check or Comcheck work orders
• Call customers for purchase orders
• Receive and put away all parts orders
• Deliver or ship parts to appropriate customers or branch
• Process work orders
• Place parts orders as needed
• Process and review warranty aging reports to ensure timely payment
• Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
• Investigate and resolve customer queries
• Contact customers to expedite payment of past due invoices
• Run credit card transactions for customer sales and refunds
• Maintain strong customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
• Assist parts and service department when needed
• Other reasonably related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• 2+ years' experience as a Parts & Service Support person or similar position
