JOB SUMMARY: Assist sales team and Vice President Truck Sales with the financing and processing of customer sales. 


  • Process orders, prepare correspondence, and respond to customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Review orders to ensure accuracy, proper record keeping, and conformance to Gateway policy and procedures
  • Perform F&I assistance for all new and used trucks
  • Set up new account information and resolve customer issues/problems
  • Maintain and review files of pending and approved sales
  • Make and receive phone calls with the intent of promoting or selling company products or services
  • Process and prepare registrations, licensing, titling, bill of sale, tax filing, etc. for new and used truck sales 
  • Provide good customer support but refer more complex problems to sales team or VP-Truck Sales
  • Aid in the preparation of contractual provisions and the administration of contract proposals
  • Create reports for sales team regarding market conditions, sales results, and team earnings
  • Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
  • Other reasonably related duties as assigned


  • Excellent Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word Experience
  • Demonstrated comfort and skill navigating computer systems including dealership software, internet, email and other regularly utilized software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Finance & Insurance experience desired
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing demands
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Ability to effectively manage time and complete all assigned tasks with limited supervision
  • Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, and customers
  • Ability to handle many projects simultaneously and to quickly adjust priorities
  • Ability to handle stress under pressure
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to meet changing demands
  • A commitment to great customer service. 


  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a dealership sales support role
  • High School diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred


  • Sitting at desk 90 percent of the work day
  • Respond in a timely manner to varied and urgent needs of Gateway Industrial Power
  • Memory, judgment, and social interactions
  • Working under fluorescent lighting, viewing computer screen, sitting at desk in office chair
