Job Duties:

• Code invoices and check requests
• Process invoices & check requests via accounting software (Karmak)
• Process parts inventory invoices reconciling vendor invoices to packing slips for quantity and pricing
• Process units and truck invoices including corresponding serialized numbers
• Resolve invoice discrepancies
• Reconcile statements
• Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
• Assist with processing weekly check runs
• Prepare and send appropriate sales tax exemption forms
• Vendor file maintenance
• Complete vendor credit applications
• Other reasonably related duties as assigned

• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast paced environment with heavy payable volume

• Ability to maintain confidentiality when necessary
• Problem solving skills

Qualifications:

• High school graduation or equivalent
• Preferred 5+ years of experience in payables or similar position involving advanced record keeping OR two year accounting degree.
