JOB DUTIES:

• (Daily) Perform general cleaning, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, etc.
• (Daily) Collect and remove trash and recyclables
• (Daily) Clean restroom facilities and replenish paper and soap supplies
• Clean windows and doors
• Clean assigned areas including telephones, walls, fixtures and vents
• Pick up trash around the perimeter of the property
• Notify managers of major repairs needed or concerns found in daily activities
• Spread snow melting chemicals when applicable for safety of customers and employees
• Set timers for exterior lights and signs (Daylight Savings Time changes)
• Clean breakrooms and restrooms more often as needed
• Keep drivers lounge cleaned and stocked with supplies
• Set up, arrange, and remove decorations, tables, chairs, ladders, and scaffolding to prepare facilities for events such as meetings and banquets
• Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after business hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created
• Identify and clean areas that may not have been assigned but needs attention
• Occasionally drive for errands or to pick up supplies
• Other reasonably related duties as assigned

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Required to stand; walk; use hand to finger, handle, feel or operate objects, tools or controls; talk or hear; reach with hands and arms. Occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds from floor to waist.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, contrast vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Work is performed primarily inside, and occasionally, outside in all types of weather conditions
• Employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts
• The noise level in the work environment is moderate
• The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and humid conditions
• May include weekend work
