Job Duties:
- Administer weekly payrolls for all locations including payroll reports in Paylocity.
- Administer health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes, and terminations. Process required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions.
- Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
- Complete Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files.
- Submit online investigation requests and assists with new-employee background checks.
- Reconcile benefits statements.
- Conduct audits of payroll, benefits or other HR programs and recommends corrective action.
- Assist with processing of terminations through payroll system.
- Assist with the preparation of the performance review process.
- Assist with recruitment and interview process. Tracks status of candidates in HRIS and responds with follow-up letters at the end of the recruiting process.
- Schedule meetings and interviews as requested by the director of HR.
- Make photocopies; mail, scan and email documents; and perform other clerical functions.
- File documents into appropriate employee files.
- Assist or prepare correspondence as requested.
- Prepare new-employee files.
- Process mail.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to process weekly payroll or learn within six months.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree Preferred in Human Resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
- At least one year of payroll related experience required.
