JOB DUTIES:

• Provide leadership to the sales team
• Assign territories as needed and sets quotas for sales teams
• Consult with potential customers to understand their needs; identify and suggest products, equipment, or services that will meet those needs
• Resolves customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may arise
• Collaborate with executive leadership team to develop sales quotas, strategies, volume potential, etc. to accommodate the goals of the dealership
• . Handles hiring and discipline of sales team in accordance with company policy
• Motivate the sales team to ensure quotas are met
• Establish annual and monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profits, expenses, and operating profit
• Monitor the sales team's productivity and performance
• Displays, merchandises and promotes new products
• Serves as liaison between sales department and other departments within the company
• Analyze and control expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements
• Attend management meetings as requested
• Other reasonably related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales or related field
• 5+ years' of sales experience preferred
• Valid Driver's License
